IMPORTANT INFO FOR REGISTERED PLAYERS

Guantlet Evolution eSports  LAN 18-20 DEC 2015

Entrance to Emperors is Free for registered players. Just provide the gate controller with the venue name and event.

MAP TO VENUE:

Once inside, keep right and enter the parking area on the immediate right of the gates. 

Park anywhere in the parking lot. Entry to venue is on the bottom right when facing the main buillding. 


Event is taking place in the NCC room next to the Senate 1 and 2 conference Rooms

SHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Friday night from 5 PM is setup and testing.

2. Saturday morning at 7 AM is pre-setup and event information. We start playing the compitition at around 8 AM. We will not wait for anyone. 

3. Saturday at around 12 is lunch. Expect an hour before we prepare for the next stage

4. Saturday night at 10-11 PM, we expect to end the days challenges

4. Semi-Finals and Finals are expected to start on Sunday morning at around 8 AM

5. Conclusion and packup expected to start at 10AM

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS

There are a variety of restaurants available during the day and night.
Measl can be pre-ordered at most restaurants. Remember to pack snacks.

OTHER ARRANGEMENTS

No food and drink will be allowed in the venue, except for sealable and safe bottles. 
NO smoking will be allowed, except in designated smoking areas outrside the venue area.
There will be a kiosk outside the venue doors for the purchases of beverages. 
Visitors are allowed at R50 entry fee
Strict access control will be provided
